Chanca Piedra (Phyllanthus Niruri) is a South American herb traditionally used to support kidney stone health and urinary tract health. Its bioactive compounds, including phyllanthin and hypophyllanthin, are associated with kidney and urinary support and natural detoxification.

Chanca Piedra has been shown to interfere with multiple stages of calcium-oxalate stone formation and may help relax muscles specific to the urinary tract. Several human studies also report that it may have diuretic properties.
