Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you place your order to request a return. For products purchased from another online retailer or storefront, please contact them directly to inquire about their return policy.
To start a return contact orders@platinumnaturals.com. Please include as much detail as possible including reason for return, receipt contact information and order number (if available).
Please hold on to the product until the review is complete. Platinum Naturals reserves the right to ask for the product to be returned if warranted.
If your return is accepted and requires pick-up, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on clearance, short-dated, final sale or expired items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at orders@platinumnaturals.com.
